No show - 100% deduction and only security deposit will be refunded Between 0 - 6 hrs of the pick up time - 75% rental charges will be withheld and security deposit will be refunded.

Between 6-24 hrs of the pick up time: 50% rental charges will be withheld.

Between 24-72 hrs of the pick up time: 25% rental charges will be withheld.

72 hrs or more prior to the pick up time: 10% rental charges will be withheld

During the rental period – no refund

Cancellation due to document issue:

25% of the rental amount will be deducted, if Customer is not willing to submit the document as per the terms and conditions. Customer documents are not original. Customer documents are not valid.

Early Return:

No refund for returning the motorcycle before the agreed rental period ends.

Damaged or Unreturned Motorcycle:

No refund if the motorcycle is returned damaged or not returned within the agreed period.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method with in 7 working days .
